Plaza Medical Centre is a privately billing clinic.

Failure to pay clinic fees on time may result in appointment requests being declined.

Methods of payment include EFTPOS (not Diners) and Cash.

Upon receipt of your payment we can refund eligible Medicare claims before you leave the clinic. We would simply require a debit bank card or your bank account details.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact the clinic.

If you do not cancel your appointment there will be a $50 non-attendance fee.

Private billing fees will apply to both face to face appointments and telehealth (video or phone) consultations.  Patients are required to pay a standard fee at the time of the video or phone consultation.

The usual Medicare Rebate will be available and can be refunded to your account on the day.

Bulk Billing

For patients of Dr Ellis, Dr Wulff, Dr Cooper, Dr Duguid and Dr Shirazi children under the age of 16 years of age will continue to be bulk billed.

For patients of Dr Henderson, Dr Kerr, Dr Kalic, Butler and Dr Wilsmore patients under the age of 12 will be bulk billed.
